Pushup

Push-up, Press-up, whatever you call them. There's no denying, it's one of the sexiest exercise known to mankind. There's something about the prone position, the buttocks and backside on showcase, arms rippling, face contorting with pleasure and pain....it's soo easy to imagine a similar position in the bedroom. So...let's give it up for the king of pectoral exercises.

Your body, it's the perfect exercise equipment. You can do it at home, or take it on the go.

Not sure I want to join them, but I can definitely spend all day watching them!
